I am a Registered Property Valuer and have been valuing property since 2017.
I have a Bachelor of Business from Auckland University of Technology with a double major in Management and Marketing.
After graduating in 2010, I put my business degree to practice and decided to work for myself as a nail technician and online second-hand dealer before working in marketing where I was able to develop this skill by working for other businesses including contact centres, and medical nutrition.
In 2013, I purchased my first home and realised I wanted to pursue a career in property. I started studying property valuation part-time by correspondence at Massey University while working fulltime as Senior Sales and Marketing Coordinator at CBRE’s South Auckland office.
In 2017, I graduated from Massey University with a Graduate Diploma in Urban Valuation. Early that year, I spent several months working in Takapuna for Landmass Technology (now Opteon) assisting with Auckland Council rating valuations. However, I wanted to pursue market valuations and work locally in South Auckland where I grew up. Having lived in South Auckland since I was a toddler, including the suburbs of Wattle Downs, Manurewa, and Red Hill and Pahurehure in Papakura.
I am now based in Papakura, and my specialties are industrial, commercial and residential property within South Auckland.
As both a property owner and landlord, I enjoy the unique challenges both residential and commercial property valuations provide.
Outside of work, I enjoy being a mum to my wonderful son, spending time with my family and friends at local restaurants, reading books, watching good TV shows and movies, and walking my dog.
