Eve Prouse is a Registered Property Valuer who has been valuing property since 2017. 

Eve received a Bachelor of Business from Auckland University of Technology in 2010 majoring in Management and Marketing.
 

She wanted to put her business degree to practice and decided to work for herself as a nail technician and online second-hand dealer before working in marketing where she was able to develop this skill by working for other businesses including contact centres, and medical nutrition.

In 2013, Eve purchased her first home and realised she wanted to pursue a career in property. She started st\udying property valuation part-time by correspondence at Massey University while she worked fulltime as Senior Sales and Marketing Coordinator at CBRE’s South Auckland office.

In 2017, Eve graduated from Massey University with a Graduate Diploma in Urban Valuation. Early that year, she spent several months working in Takapuna for Landmass Technology (now Opteon) assisting with Auckland Council rating valuations. However, Eve wanted to pursue market valuations and work locally in South Auckland where she grew up.

Currently Eve contracts to  Property Valuations Ltd based in Papakura, where she continues to work closely with her mentor Peter Bennett. Eve also worked with and was mentored by Peter Hardy who retired from Property Valuations Ltd in late 2018. She specialises in industrial, commercial and residential work within South Auckland. 

Eve has lived in South Auckland since she was a toddler, including the suburbs of Wattle Downs, Manurewa, and Red Hill and Pahurehure in Papakura.

As both a property owner and landlord, she enjoys the unique challenges both residential and commercial property work provide.

Outside of work, Eve enjoys spending time with family and friends at local restaurants, attending church services at St Mary’s, Papakura and walking her dogs.
