EVE PROUSE
Director / Registered Property Valuer
Eve is the business owner and is a Registered Property Valuer who has been valuing property since 2017. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Business from Auckland University of Technology with a double major in Management and Marketing. Plus, a Graduate Diploma in Urban Valuation from Massey University. Eve has lived in south Auckland most of her life. However, currently resides on the fringe of south Auckland in the small suburb of Tuakau, Eve also services suburbs closer to home in north Waikato.
She specialises in industrial, commercial and residential property. As both a property owner and landlord, she enjoys the unique challenges both residential and commercial property valuations provide. Outside of work, Eve enjoys spending quality time with her son, family and friends, dining, reading, watching good TV shows and movies, and walking her dog outdoors.
Sana Sahib
Assistant Property Valuer
Sana joined Eve Prouse Property Valuations in August 2024 after graduating from The University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Property.
With a strong foundation in Property and Information Systems, Sana assists in delivering accurate and insightful property valuations. Outside of work, Sana enjoys spending time with her family and friends and enjoying the outdoors
