WHAT'S REQUIRED?
➡️ Firstly, you need to have a good reputation as being of a trustworthy character.
➡️ An approved University Degree.
➡️ After three years in the industry working for a Registered Property Valuer, you can apply to become a 'Registered' Property Valuer where you will need to pass a 3 hour exam.
➡️ Be 23 years or older at the time of registration.
➡️ Register yourself with the Valuers Registration Board (VRB) and hold a current real estate valuer's Annual Practising Certificate.
